Meeting Visions from the host:
In previous meetings we have discussed the state of the art in PAS care and, therefore, discussions surrounding the needs of the field. Members of this Society have published and made tremendous strides in elevating the Society and the important topic of PAS care. In subsequent meetings we have engaged in surgical technique and diagnosis plus management and improved patient experience, just to name a few. We still have many needs as a field of medicine. One key need remains ensuring optimal care in current state and ensuring the future by promoting optimal training and continued advancements in technologies and PAS research. This concept lends itself toward two related sessions and an overall conference Theme of “Ensuring Optimal Patient Care: now and in the future”
