This is our first meeting outside of the United States. Please make plans ahead of time to travel to Canada accordingly if you are planning on joining us in-person!

Registration:
For the upcoming annual meeting, all attendees (in-person and virtual) will need to register. Please choose the meeting(s) that you wish to attend to take you to the appropriate registration page. Note that a discount is available for those who register for both the COS and PAS² meetings using the specific link below.
We kindly ask you to consider registering for the meeting(s) by September 30, 2025 to help us determine catering and other logistics!

Upon registering for the meeting, you will be prompted with a donation. Note that this is donating to Zeffy, the registration host, and not PAS². While no processing fees associated with registration, Zeffy does ask for a donation to keep their efforts free.
Hotel:
Hotel block has been secured with the Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre. This is the same location as the COS meeting on Oct 17 and approximately 3 blocks away from the PAS2 meeting on Oct 18-19. The price is $195/night USD and $269/night CAD for checking in Oct 16 and checking out Oct 19. Click on the link below to take you to the page to book your room. Space is limited.
