Registration:
For the upcoming 2026 meeting in Galveston, Texas, all attendees (in-person and virtual) will need to register. See below for a breakdown of the attendance cost.

For those who are from a low- or middle-income country (LMIC), you may register for the meeting for $100 USD in-person or $75 USD virtual. This is available in the registration link below.

Upon registering for the meeting, you will be prompted with a donation. Note that this is donating to Zeffy, the registration host, and not PAS². While no processing fees associated with registration, Zeffy does ask for a donation to keep their efforts free.
Flight & Transportation Information:
There are two airports that fly into Houston. Please consider transport times to and from the airports when booking your flights. ā

Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) is closest to Galveston (approximately 45-minute drive), but ONLY for flights on Southwest Airlines.

Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) connects all major airlines and international flights (approximately 75-min drive).

Airport Shuttle Service to and from Galveston is available (link with information coming soon). Uber and Lyft are also available. For those who wish to rent a car, there may be an additional charge at the hotels for parking and for daily rates, should you park on campus.
We plan to have shuttle transport between the San Luis Hotel and the meeting venues. This is encouraged to avoid paying daily parking fees.
Hotel Information:
As of September 2026, only the Holiday Inn block remains. Please book ASAP before it runs out. The deadline to book is by October 2, 2026.

The three hotels are all within walking distance of one another. The San Luis Hotel will be the designated shuttle pick up and drop off location, and the site of the Sunday morning sessions.

In support of improving patient care, The Office of Interprofessional Continuing Education, The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
AMA Credit Designation Statement
The Office of Interprofessional Continuing Education, The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
ANCC Credit Designation Statement
The Office of Interprofessional Continuing Education, The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.50 ANCC nursing contact hours. Attendees should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
