Some things to keep in mind:

Please see below the types of memberships and a brief description. For a full list of membership benefits, please refer to the payment portal link above.​​​

Membership Term/Renewal: Annually on or before July 1st

Future Renewals: Notices will be sent in May 2026 for the 2026-2027 year

Membership must be current and active to participate in PAS² committees and be eligible to vote on PAS² issues.

If you belong to an organization that has Institutional Membership, please confirm whether the institution has covered your personal membership before paying Individual Membership dues.

The updated payment portal permits enrollment and payment for multiple membership types at one time for those covering multiple institutional members. Please provide the names and contact information for all members you are enrolling at the time of payment.

We can accept payment by whatever method is easiest for you. A direct deposit to the PAS² bank account saves processing fees. Please contact us if you would like to opt for this option.

Membership dues are not tax deductible, but any donations above the membership dues limit are, and we will send a letter of receipt for all donations above $250.00 for your tax records.

Memberships are valid for one year from the date of original payment. Future membership dues will be billed and collected in the month of June of each Calendar Year. Refunds will be provided for plans selected in error.
To cancel a membership, please email: admin@passquared.org. Memberships will be canceled at the end of the period for which payment has been received. Pro-rated refunds after cancellation will not be provided.

Learners who graduate and become faculty members will continue to have membership benefits for the full calendar year for which the Learner membership rate was paid. Dues will be billed at the Individual Membership rate the January of the calendar year following graduation from training.

No portion of membership dues is tax-deductible and membership dues are not used for the purposes of political lobbying or to influence the outcome of any political election.
