​The inaugural Complex Obstetric Surgery symposium is a one day event which aims to highlight and share learning on various surgical challenges obstetricians are increasingly facing, including caring for women with obesity, complex surgical abdomens, performing myomectomy at CS, and complex assisted vaginal birth. The focus of the day is to prepare those working in obstetics for difficult surgical cases by hearing from experts who have a special interest in various aspects of complex obstetrical surgical care.
