Except as otherwise provided on this website or in these Terms, you may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, modify, delete, add to, license, post, transmit or distribute any Materials and Content in whole or in part, for any public or commercial purpose without our express written consent. Membership pricing information: Although we make every effort to display our service and pricing information as accurately as possible, such information may become outdated without prior notice. Services and prices are subject to change. PAS2 is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

Restricted Access: Access to certain areas of the website are restricted. PAS2 reserves the right to restrict access to all or any portion of the website at any time, without notice, in its sole and absolute discretion. If PAS2 provides you with a user ID and password to access any restricted areas of the website or other content or services, you must ensure that such user ID are kept confidential. Title Girl may disable or restrict your access to restricted areas of the website at any time without notice or explanation, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Governing law and disputes: These Terms shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating in any way to these Terms, your visit to this website, or to any purchase or other transaction with PAS2 shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Houston, Texas. However, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate any PAS2 Intellectual Property right, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Texas. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Any arbitration under this agreement and these Terms shall be conducted under the prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.

General information: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PAS2 and govern your use of this website, and they supersede any prior agreements between you and PAS2.
